POZOLE ROJO (Red Pork Hominy Stew) — A timeless Mexican classic, made with tender cuts of Pork simmered slowly in a rich red chili broth. Filled with hearty hominy and layered with smoky, earthy flavors, this dish is finished with crisp toppings of cabbage, cilantro, radish, onion, lime, and oregano. Guest can elevate each bowl with a drizzle of our signature house-made chili oil, adding a bold layer of heat and depth that transforms this traditional classic into and unforgettable experience.
POZOLE VERDE DE POLLO (Green Chicken Hominy Stew) — Bright, zesty and full of comfort — this pozole blends tender chicken with tomatillos, roasted peppers, and fresh herbs to create a vibrant green broth. Topped with classic garnishes and offered with our house-made chili oil, giving guests the choice of a refreshing lightness or a spicy, smoky kick with every spoonful.

BIRRIA DE RES (Braised Beef Stew) — Delicious Slow-Braised shredded beef, infused with layers of smoky chilies, spices, and aromatics. Served in a rich consommé alongside warm tortillas, this dish is designed for dipping, sipping, and savoring every drop. Paired with our traditional salsas it delivers the perfect balance of richness and heat.

Quesabirria Tacos (cheese-filled Birria Tacos) - An irresistible upgrade to your catering experience. Our quesabirria tacos are made with slow-braised beef folded into golden-crispy tortillas with melted cheese, then served with a side of rich birria consommé for dipping. Smoky, cheesy, and unforgettable — they’re the perfect crowd-pleaser to pair with a hearty plate of Birria De Res.
CHILI VERDE (Pork in Tomatillo Sauce) — Juicy pork simmered until tender in a bright, tangy tomatillo sauce with roasted green chilies, herbs, spices and garlic. Served with tortillas and classic salsas, this timeless dish offers both comfort and zest, making it a crowd favorite at any gathering.

CHAMPURRADO (Thick Mexican Hot Chocolate with Masa) — Rich, velvety, and thickened with masa harina - spiced with cinnamon and lightly sweetened. More than just hot chocolate, this centuries-old drink is a warm embrace in every cup.
ATOLE (Warm Corn Drink) — Smooth, comforting, and delicately flavored. This traditional drink combines masa with milk and sugar for a lightly sweet, satisfying sip that feels both soothing and festive.

CHOCOLATE CALIENTE MEXICANO (Mexican Hot Chocolate) — Creamy cocoa infused with cinnamon and traditional spices, served warm and frothy. A bold yet comforting classic that pairs perfectly after a hearty meal.
